Property Committee

 

The property committee is responsible for Tamarac owned property, sports fields and buildings. Our objective is to maintain and improve the neighborhood. Tamarac property includes common area trees, trails, parks and entrances to the development. Sports fields includes the basketball court near the beach and ball fields on Heath Road.

Spring Cleanup

​

Every year we host a Spring Cleanup event where the community comes out to work on various projects in the neighborhood. Information on the event will be posted in the Tidbits so make sure you sign up here.

Usage

​

TLA property is for use by dues paying members and their guests. All guests must be accompanied by a member.

Parking violations are a police matter and should be reported to 609-267-8300
